MOJ Portal Integration

Regulations from the Ministry of Justice demand that public liability and employer’s liability claims must be dealt with in a specific way and within a brief time period. In addition, these types of claims must also be entered into the MOJ’s claims portal. With JCAD’s Claims Portal module, this demanding and complicated process is greatly simplified. The software helps speed up processing claims through Stage 1 from Acknowledgement to Liability Decision making, and new claims data can be synchronised between the Claims Portal website and your LACHS database.

Register

Property: contents, and assets are all stored within LACHS. You can assign multiple rates to a single property so that the breakdown can be provided to your leaseholders and commercial clients too.  

 

Advanced Asset: as the Asset Register, but also incorporates leaseholder properties, allowing tracking of all movements against a property, i.e., change in ownership, terminations, revaluations, and calculates pro rata premiums and refunds.
