What makes us different

The improvements in the system year on year has been excellent. We are very happy with the system we have at present. If we have problems the service we receive when we phone has always been of an excellent standard and all problems have been addressed.

We have used LACHS for a number of years to record, co-ordinate and analyse our insurance claims data and consider it to be a fantastic system. We have recently branched out and now subscribe to the First Notification of Loss form (FNOL), which means members of the public can record their highway claims directly onto the system. Since the introduction of the FNOL process, we have seen a significant reduction in processing time for claims which has been a real benefit to both the team and the organisation.

The customer service provided by LACHS is excellent, the team are always quick to respond to any queries and provide speedy solutions where possible.

We've been a client probably between 12 and 15 years and the one thing that I found with the team is they want to listen to what the clients want. And actually for a provider to listen to what we want and then adapt the offering, I think is a big tick in the box.

JCAD CORE has allowed us to provide timely, informed risk management intelligence and reporting, tailored for different audiences across the organisation. The flexibility of the product has been crucial in enabling us to adapt to our evolving needs.

A2Dominion first implemented the LACHS claims management system in 2013. Via an API link, we have now integrated Power BI to allow the development of custom reports that are tailored to different parts of the organisation within the group. Power BI allows operational claims data to be further interrogated, offering greater complexity & sophistication.
