The improvements in the system year on year has been excellent. We are very happy with the system we have at present. If we have problems the service we receive when we phone has always been of an excellent standard and all problems have been addressed.

I can’t imagine doing without JCAD CORE 5 – it brings so many efficiencies and opportunities. 

We’ve been using LACHS for approximately 10 months, and it has already made a significant difference in how we manage claims. The system allows us to centralise all claims data, which helps our small team stay on top of workloads and ensures that we have quick, easy access to information. The ability to track claims efficiently and collaborate seamlessly across the team has boosted our overall productivity. 

We've been a client probably between 12 and 15 years and the one thing that I found with the team is they want to listen to what the clients want. And actually for a provider to listen to what we want and then adapt the offering, I think is a big tick in the box.
