Coast & Country Housing procure JCAD LACHS

JCAD is delighted to announce that Coast & Country have joined a number of other Housing Associations in choosing to implement JCAD’s Claims Handling solution, LACHS.

Established in 2001, Coast & Country Housing took over the ownership and management of homes from Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council as part of a large-scale voluntary stock transfer (LSVT) in July 2002. They are the largest registered provider in the area with over 10,000 properties.

Last month we advised that Warrington’s Golden Gates Housing had also contracted with us to deliver a very similar solution for their own property stock.

“We are being approached by a growing number of Housing Associations all of whom wish to reduce costs through the improved management of claims. Our technologies have demonstrated their value at over 150 organisations, many in local government, which I believe gives the Housing sector the confidence to wish to partner with us”. Phil Walden, Head of Marketing, JCAD.
