Our MOJ Portal module is now available in LACHS 6.
Regulations from the Ministry of Justice demand that public liability and employer’s liability claims must be dealt with in a specific way and within a brief time period. In addition, these types of claims must also be entered into the MOJ’s claims portal.
With JCAD’s Claims Portal module, this demanding and complicated process is greatly simplified. The software helps speed up processing claims through Stage 1 from Acknowledgement to Liability Decision-making, and new claims data can be synchronised between the Claims Portal website and your LACHS database.
