We are excited to share with you a new feature available in JCAD’s claims handling system, LACHS 5, document bundling. This new functionality allows you to export multiple diary events, documents, emails and actions from a claim file into a single PDF document.
Within just a few clicks you can have all the documentation you require for taking to court or management meetings in a PDF document available for printing, saving and distributing.
This will be of great benefit to LACHS 5 customers who will no longer need to spend time printing and collating multiple documents or reviewing multiple document attachments.
How to create a document bundle:
- Login to LACHS
- Select the relevant claim
- Choose the diary events that you wish to include in your bundle
- Select create bundle
- PDF will automatically be created
- Print, save and distribute accordingly
