JCAD and our client Andrew Burton (Risk & Continuity Manager) from Nottinghamshire Police recently provided a workshop session for ALARM. The session provided ideas as to how to successfully embed ERM. We reviewed how the blue light community is managing increased levels of expectation from many stakeholders and in many cases with reduced resource. The complexity and seriousness of crime has continued to rise which requires increased levels of resource.
In order to try and combat these pressures, ERM has been implemented in a more formal manner at Nottinghamshire Police with them implementing JCAD’s CORE software. They chose JCAD CORE due to it’s configurability, ease of use, reporting functionality and the ability to demonstrate compliance.
