Central Data Management

Improve efficiency with centrally stored claim data

There’s a lot to keep track of when managing claims – contact information, details about the incident, photographs and forms to name a few. In addition, a team will have a number of claims being processed at any one time, and there’s all the historic data to think about too.

For many organisations, this results in a complicated and confusing combination of data management tools, including big spreadsheets with thousands of rows of data, computer files and rooms full of filing cabinets. Accessing or updating records can be time-consuming and unreliable – and if someone isn’t familiar with a case, these difficulties are compounded.

JCAD’s claims management solution, LACHS, simplifies all of this by providing a single repository for all of an organisation’s current and historic claims information. The database has space for all the details, while digital photographs, video and audio files, and scanned documents can be attached to a record, meaning everything you need is all in one place and quickly accessible from anywhere. Updates are also made in real-time across the system.

Central data storage also streamlines the reporting process – with JCAD LACHS a number of standardised reports can be generated with the touch of a button.
