JCAD Client Satisfaction Survey Results 2022

We had over 100 unique respondents representing about 50% of our client base which was terrific, and we greatly appreciate the time taken to participate. It is from such feedback that we can learn where we need to improve, and this is invaluable in both the development and support of our applications.

In summary:

97% of clients rated our products as either good or excellent.

98% of clients rated our support services (professional services and support desk) as either good or excellent.

We take client critique very seriously and those that were less than content we will endeavour to fix the issues you raise.

Please excuse our continuing to blow our own trumpets but these are a few of the comments we received.

Everyone is always really helpful and almost always I have a response to a query the same day. Our recent upgrade went really smoothly thanks to great communications from everyone at JCAD.”

“Support staff are always friendly and helpful.”

Always very responsive to any queries and provide options for the outcome that I am looking for, rather than there just being one stock answer. I also appreciate that there is a follow up to my queries to ensure that I have managed to complete my task.”

We were also extremely pleased that the vast proportion of clients – over 90% said that they would actively recommend our products to other businesses if asked. It is through such referrals that we are able to add to our client base, and I know of a number of clients who have actually taken time to speak to, and demo to, prospects to corroborate the efficacy of solutions.
