Each area of the system is monitored from viewing records to exporting data. Users are able to review their previous activity and management gains a clear oversight of user activity. In conjunction with this, notifications can be configured that are triggered in the event of a certain activity taking place. For example, a financial settlement being made above a certain value or a claim reaching a particular status.
