Having been with JCAD for 5 years, on the support and implementation side of things, I have been given the opportunity to become a Client Success Manager. Using my knowledge of the LACHS product, how the project side works like the back of my hand and my customer service skills, I am hoping to take the LACHS clients into a new realm of product knowledge, functionality, professionalism, whilst all the time maintaining the JCAD ethos of joy.
What inspires me?
My friends and family. My boys are high up on the list, but even they appreciate that Tilly (my Westie) comes first!
I have an amazing set of people around me and they are all dear to me. So I guess other people. And Tom Hardy.
