As Managing Director my key objective is to oversee the continued development of our company, employees and customers. Alongside this role I also head up JCAD’s product design and development. Having been with the company since 1995 I have a full understanding of our customers claims handling and risk management requirements with my key aim to continue to listen, deliver and exceed expectations.
What inspires me ?
I find myself planted in front of the computer screen for long periods and in truth I’m most inspired by stepping away. Whether I’m out on training runs or social rides building up to the marathon and triathlon seasons, it is in that place that I find the best ideas and inspirations which I can then bring back with me to my work.
