I joined JCAD near the end of 2020 after studying Programming and Games Design at university, giving me this amazing opportunity to throw myself into the tech industry and learn under some wonderful and experienced individuals. I have worked in several customer service jobs allowing me to combine the skills I have learnt over the years putting them into practice.
My role at JCAD is brilliant, I mainly revolve around the helpdesk and is comprised of a number of other roles helping to find solutions to any issues the client may have and work with all areas of the company to give the best experience to the customer.
What inspires me?
Technology has always captured my imagination, especially computer games and has inspired me to learn more about how all these products are made and maintained. Especially after 2020 I feel extremely lucky to be part of such a great team!
