I joined JCAD in 2019 after spending most of my career in the Automotive Industry, where I worked in Engineering developing solutions to resolve Customer concerns as well as Project Managing the rollout of anything from Recalls, new Products / Vehicles, through to IT software.
My role at JCAD is to look after, train, and develop the Implementation Consultants and the Support desk as well ensuring that our systems meet our ISO27001 standards.
I do still get stuck in with implementations and support tickets, covering CORE and LACHS.
My goal is to ensure we deliver a first rate customer service experience through all our channels, and listening to feedback from clients so we can continuous improvements to meet our clients needs.
What inspires me?
I am kept pretty busy with my daughter and son, however whenever I have spare time I am normally found underneath a car or truck tinkering, throwing myself down a hill on a mountain bike or getting stuck in on the rugby pitch.
